About the event
Zea Mays celebrate 30 years of music with their new tour, Egarria Tour. Over three decades, the band have become one of the leading names in Basque rock, and this new live show will bring together some of their best-known songs with new material in a powerful and emotional performance.
Minors Policy
Anyone under 16 may only enter accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Aged 16 to 17: may enter unaccompanied with an authorisation signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Conditions
The ticket is valid only for the specified event, date and conditions.
Access implies acceptance of the venue and organization rules. Non-compliance may result in denial of access or expulsion without right to refund.
Access is not permitted with dangerous objects, weapons, illegal substances, or outside food or drinks, unless expressly authorized.
Access conditions for minors may vary depending on the event. Supporting documentation may be required.
The ticket is personal. Unauthorized resale, duplication or forgery is prohibited.
The organization may carry out security, identity and age checks.
The event may be modified or cancelled for justified reasons.
Attendees must respect the facilities, staff and other attendees. Violent, discriminatory or harassing behavior is not permitted.
Access is subject to the capacity and security conditions of the venue.
The organization is not liable for loss, theft or damage, except as required by law.
The ticket must be kept until leaving the venue.
Once the purchase is complete no changes or refunds are accepted. If the event is cancelled and does not take place, the amount paid for the tickets will be refunded. For any question about refunds, write to the customer service address shown on the event page.
Customer service
Customer service for this event is the responsibility of the organizer. Bandit Tickets acts solely as a technology provider for ticket issuance and validation. For any issues related to the ticket, you can contact sarrerak@tasio.eus.
Refunds
Refunds are decided and paid by the event organiser. Bandit Tickets issues the tickets and processes the refund when the organiser requests it, but cannot grant one on its own. If the event never takes place, the organiser must refund what you paid.
For this event the organiser does not take refund requests. Any conditions they have set are in the event conditions.
Billing
The event organizer is responsible for billing the total amount, including the ticket price and management fees.
The amounts for this ticket include taxes.
